It's all about the timing and the pole plant! For this session we focus on how to use your poles correctly to ensure you are getting maximum return for your effort. The length of the pole, and how and where you plant it in the snow will determine your efficiency and level of 'joy'! We will spend the start of the session on legs, but very quickly bring in the poles and work on technique that makes your Skate 2 flow.

Previous experience required: You should already be a confident skate skier, who now wants to fine tune the pole plant.

Meeting Point: Maison Nordique, 51 Av. de la Plage, 74400 Chamonix-Mont-Blanc. We meet inside the ticket office, upstairs. Classes will begin as soon as possible. Please be on time. If you need to purchase a ticket for the session, allocate enough time to do that before we meet.
